The series of alcohols consists of three unique products such as; Octomore 12.1, Octomore 12.2 and Octomore 12.3 The whole series are very natural products. During their production, dilution, caramel coloring and cold filtration were abandoned. This is the 12th edition of peated whiskey matured in oak barrels. Octomore 12.3 is a single malt. The barley for production was grown in Church Field on the Octomore farm by farmer James Brown. Barley grown on Islay has been distilled through tall, narrow-necked alembics. AG
