ALPHA CARMENER
A dry wine with an intense ruby color. Wine excellent
shows the elegant character of the Carmenere grape. Beautiful aromas
black pepper and notes of red berries, black plums and
chocolate and vanilla. Smooth on the palette, with rounded soft ones
tannins and well-balanced acidity. Wine very good
balanced with a great integrated barrel and great
long finish. A wine recommended for heavy dishes with
red meat. Thanks to the well-chosen acidity, the wine
goes well with fatty dishes or in heavy sauces.
Also recommended with spaghetti bolognese and lamb chops
baked ribs

MONTES ALPHA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A dry wine with an intense ruby color. Enjoyable
smell of blackcurrant, chocolate and cigars well
balanced with the aromas of an oak barrel. Red in the mouth
fruits and spices with elements of vanilla. Multidimensional wine, with
long finish. Cabernet with long aging potential, ready
to drink now or in a few years.
A wine recommended for red meat dishes. Excellent to
pork tenderloin in sauces, spaghetti bolognese,
lamb chops.
