Dry wine with a beautiful, slightly ruby color. Intense, elegant nose, with a predominance of strawberries and floral notes that contribute to a very lively, harmonious and generous wine. On the palate clean, well-balanced, with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. A well-balanced wine with a well-integrated barrel. Stays long in the mouth. A very versatile wine. It goes well with fettuccine alfredo, mushroom risotto, salad with salmon, veal or duck with a fruit-based sauce.
