This unusual whiskey from the Lowland region is a treasury of aromas. Initially, it matures in a traditional oak bourbon barrel, and then it is poured into the barrel in which the Spanish Oloroso Sherry was previously aged. In the last stage, this liquor was placed in a Pedro Ximinez sweet sherry cask. An unusual palette of aromas in which wood, tobacco and oranges take the lead, followed by sweet notes of cookies and chocolate. The taste has strong shades of toffee and caramel. The finish is delicate, long and warm with a slightly spicy finish. It is worth mentioning that this product won a gold medal at the "World Spirits 2004 in San Francisco".
