This elegant single malt from Speyside is made from a combination of both unpeated and
yak and very delicately peated whiskey. After a long maturation, for at least
twenty-one years old, it is composed of 4 casks: bourbon, sherry,
virgin oak and Bordeaux red wine barrels. During such a long maturation,
sweet, smoky notes soften, blending with the characteristic ones
for a Speyside whiskey, notes of fruit, malt and oak. Thanks to this we get
rich and complex in taste whiskey, full of juicy fruit from the orchard,
toasted oak with a honey-smoky finish. Everything in perfect harmony.
