barrels. Their name refers to the color
wood in which the cognac is aged
to get the best grade
maturation. To get the character-
tangential style, rich in notes of candy
fruit, cellar master carefully
selects barrels that are refilled once
the latter work best with distillate.
COLOUR: copper with golden reflections
SMELL: round, fresh, full of aromas
greengage, plums and apricots,
subtle woody notes
TASTE: full of fruit notes: plums,
peaches and apricots, emphasized
woody notes
FINISH: elegant, long, fruity
