During 18 years of his work, the distiller master
Alan Winchester has created a unique one
taste and aroma, combining whiskeys derived from
from different types of barrels: made
from American oak filled after
the first and second time (for a fruity note
tropical barrels) and sherry casks (for
providing a rich spicy flavour).
Thanks to the craft of distillation, he obtained an amazing
single malt whiskey, with a complex and one-
elegant and perfectly balanced
aroma.
