The Week of Peat is one of three proposals from The Balvenie Stories series. It is a peated 14 year old single malt Scotch whiskey inspired by distillery manager Ian Millar. For one week each year, the distillery creates peated whiskeys from Speyside peat, resulting in expressions that bring fragrant smoky notes to the classic Balvenie flavor profile.
