Nose: candied orange with swirled sugar and toasted marshmallows. Crêpes Suzette gives a warm and pleasant aroma, and notes of vanilla confirm this.
Palate: Fruity notes of satsuma, orange peel and vanilla work together and are supported by a hint of black pepper with hints of cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Finish: Dry with hints of ginger and oak spices.
