Single grain whiskey, distilled at the Chita distillery. This distillery, opened in 1972, is located on the island of Honshū and belongs to the Japanese giant - the Suntory concern. The local distillates are part of such blends as Hibiki, Suntory Old or Kakubin. The whiskey is aged in three types of oak casks: bourbon, sherry and wine. The taste is light and delicate, it is characterized by a subtle aroma with notes of mint, honey and a bit of spices.
